Rebuild Strength is a protein-based post-workout recovery food supplement developed specifically for strength athletes. Formulated with added L-glutamine and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), this unique food supplement contains carbohydrates that contribute to recovery* after anaerobic exercise.

Rebuild Strength is formulated with high-quality whey protein and provides 25 grams of protein per serving, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Rebuild Strength is also formulated with a blend of key micronutrients, including Vitamin C and Iron. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and oxygen transport in the body and, in combination with Vitamin C, contributes to normal energy metabolism.

*Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. The beneficial effect is obtained through the consumption of carbohydrates from all sources totaling 4 g per kg of body weight, with an intake in doses to be started within the first 4 hours following intense and/or prolonged physical exercise that causes muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles and to be completed within 6 hours following such exercise.

Gently shake the container before each use as contents may settle. Add 5 scoops (50 g) to 250 ml of water, shake vigorously. Consume within 30 minutes after anaerobic activity.
